The various types of systems listed here are all locally available. The recommended system is the Siemens HiPath 3000 range. It is a telephone system intended for office use and is sold as per the port size requirement of the client. As with all the other brands, they are all digital switching systems which can be integrated with other office systems, (voice mail, fax services, etc). Each manufacturer supplies a range of systems that vary in price and functionality. After all the various options have been explained

to him, the decision of which model to purchase is up to the client.

HiPath 1100 Family

HiPath 1100 is the high performance communications systems family, made up of three models, for companies with up to 50 users. With ADSL broadband access, HiPath 1100 offers the option of tomorrow’s communication technology today.

There are three models in the range that scale from 24 to 384 digital extensions, or 96 – 500 IP extensions. Platforms can be wall, desk or rack mounted. Whether it be plain elevator phones or high featured call centre phones, HiPath 3000 has a device to fit your requirements. Siemens OptiPoint range of feature phones brought usability to the fore. The in-built OptiGuide menu system makes accessing those productivity enhancing features child’s-play. The self-labeling keys of the optiPoint420 range made central management and administration of the devices a reality.
