The various types of systems listed here are all locally available. The recommended system is the Siemens HiPath 3000 range.   It is a telephone system intended for office use and is sold as per the port size requirement of the client. As with all the other brands, they are all digital switching systems which can be integrated with other office systems, (voice mail, fax services, etc).  Each manufacturer supplies a range of systems that vary in price and functionality. After all the various options have been explained
to him, the decision of which model to purchase is up to the client.


HiPath 1100 Family
HiPath 1100 is the high performance communications systems family, made up of three models, for companies with up to 50 users. With ADSL broadband access, HiPath 1100 offers the option of tomorrow’s communication technology today. 

HiPath 3000 Family
HiPath 3000 equips you for the future with market leading scalability and flexibility. Its modular approach means that you can add functionality and applications as and when you need them, rather than just taking a “one-size fits all” bundle. IP telephones – OptiPoint 410 & 420 Family
All models belonging to the OptiPoint 410 S and OptiPoint 420 S families are based on the SIP protocol (Session Initiation Protocol) for effective communication with all components in the network. This enables the terminal devices to support a multitude of SIP-based communication systems. In addition they are optimized for use of the features of the Siemens HiPath 8000 communication system.  

OpenStage Phones (IP)

HiPath 1100
The perfect fit for small companies.  HiPath 1100 is the high performance communications systems family, made up of three models, for companies with up to 50 users. With ADSL broadband access, HiPath 1100 offers the option of tomorrow’s communication technology today. HiPath 1100 meets the communications challenges of small businesses by simplifying communications processes, optimizing team-working and increasing accessibility for customers. The telephone system provides communications without compromise.  HiPath 1100 is an especially cost effective communications solution, not only in terms of purchase price, but also for installation and operation. It is simple to install and administer with the Windows Service Tool. New software versions are loaded via PC and the internet - conveniently and free of cost. There are three models in the range that scale from 24 to 384 digital extensions, or 96 – 500 IP extensions. Platforms can be wall, desk or rack mounted.  Whether it be plain elevator phones or high featured call centre phones, HiPath 3000 has a device to fit your requirements. Siemens OptiPoint range of feature phones brought usability to the fore. The in-built OptiGuide menu system makes accessing those productivity enhancing features child’s-play. The self-labeling keys of the optiPoint420 range made central management and administration of the devices a reality. Now with the award-winning OpenStage range of devices, we introduce a new level of user personalization.
